Premo use of the new technology of dry hulling in Ethiopia (hence making premo the pioneer of (dry ) hulling sesame in Ethiopia) thereby ensuring local value-addition, which is very beneficial for the economy as a whole, premo also follows an integrated Internal Control System and works according to international food safety and quality systems like HACCP and ISO 22000. Premo Trading process cleaned purity is 99.5 % and hulled 99.8 and color sort purity is about 99.9.
